Returning Bobrick Merchandise: RMA Numbers and Restocking Fees

Return authorization requirements

All Bobrick merchandise returns require an RMA number before the item can be sent back. Please contact Bobrick Customer Service [[e-mail]] to request an RMA number and return instructions.

Important Note: Return shipments must be received within 6 months of authorization and within 1 year of invoice date. All returns are subject to inspection. Credit is dependent on material being in resalable condition.

Restocking fee

Returns are subject to restocking, freight (if order shipped FFA), and/or carton replacement fees, where applicable.

How to return Bobrick merchandise

2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
3. Wait for return approval and shipping instructions.
4. Package the merchandise securely and include the RMA number with the return.
5. Ship the item using the approved return method.
