Introduction
This article explains how to return Bobrick merchandise, including how to obtain an RMA number and what to expect for restocking fees.
Return authorization requirements
All Bobrick merchandise returns require an RMA to be processed before the item (s) can be sent back.
Important Note: Return shipments must be received within 6 months of authorization and within 1 year of the Original Bobrick invoice date. All items must be returned in its original packaging/carton. All returns are subject to inspection. Credit is dependent on material being in resalable condition
$100 minimum is required for any return.
Custom Accessories, discontinued items and parts are not eligible for return.
Restocking fee
Returns are subject to a restocking fee based on contract terms/conditions. A freight charge may apply if order shipped FFA. Carton replacement fees may apply, where applicable.
A standard 25 percent restocking fee will be applied to any Rep Quoted Order. Please note Factory Quoted Orders are not eligible for returns.
Additional information
Merchandise should be packed securely and include the RMA number inside the carton. Returns without an RMA number may be delayed or refused and may incur an additional restocking fee.
